Application Process
Applications are reviewed in the order received once the application fee is paid. The fee is $40 per applicant (age 18+), non-refundable, and valid for transfer to another property within 30 days of approval.

What You’ll Need to Apply:

• Government-issued photo ID

• Proof of income (last 2 months of paystubs or most recent tax return if self-employed)

• 2 years of rental history with landlord contact info

• A photo of your pet (if applicable) with the applicant

We verify employment and rental history by contacting your employer and landlord directly. Helping us connect with them quickly can speed up your application.

Please note: The first fully completed and qualified application that meets our Tenant Selection Criteria will be approved.
